The interview was great - I use the sweatin' to the oldies music for walking outside or on the treadmill.

Can you lose weight after 50 -- you bethca and that may be the time it matters most.
Less wear & tear on joints- significant cardio results -- I did it -- Made it a part of my retirment :life plan - one way to make sure I has a retirement life - 80 lbs. & keeping it off for the last two years - For me, be the tortoise not the hare - slow & steady, a pound or so at a time --

What a fabulous video. I hate exercising. I do go to the gym three times a week, but I hate it. I'm going to order one of Richard Simmon's CD's. It sounds like exercising could possibly be fun. I doubt it, but maybe I'll be surprised.
