This Indian doll and many other unusual items are available at the Mohican Trading Post, a really interesting store located at 1146 Route 23B, in Leeds, New York.  For those who are not familiar with the area, Leeds is located not too far from the Town of Catskill.
 
The store has such an abudance of unusual items for sale that it seemed to me, while I was there, that all you had to do was ask for it and Ellen Ludman, the proprietor, would miraculously reach behind a shelf and bring it to you.  Ellen sells Indian artifacts, the candy we used to eat as kids, unusual dolls, children's toys, music boxes, hand-painted vases and boxes, craft items, books, even ice cream sundays and egg cream sodas.
