Rabbi David Saperstein is Director of the Religious Action Center. which is the Washington D.C.-based political lobbying arm of the Union of Reform Judaism. He advocates and works with others who advocate on a broad range of social justice issues that affect all people, not just Reform Jews. According to Newsweek, Rabbi Saperstein is the most influential Rabbi in America.
