1 8-oz. box of broad noodles
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins
1 small can of crushed pineapple or 1 small can of fruit salad
1 grated apple
2 beaten eggs
Parboil noodles. Mix together beaten eggs, sugar, grated apple, cinnamon, and raisins and add to noodles. Mix together. Drain either the pineapple or fruit salad, depending on which you are using, Blend the fruit into the noodle mixture. Place into greased baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Check frequently after 45 minutes to make sure it does not burn.
