Easy one-dish meal
1 7 oz. can white tuna
1/4 cup dry powdered milk (skim milk is ok)
3 tblsp. chopped onion
2 tblsp. chopped green pepper
2 tblsp. worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup green peas (frozen is ok)
1 egg
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. parsley
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Combine all ingredients other than the shredded cheese together and place in a baking dish. Top with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove baking pan from oven and spread shredded cheese evenly on top of the tuna. Return to oven for approximately 10 minutes. Serve with a salad.
